The Meadows at Mil Hill is a collection of 73 townhomes in 34 buildings located just off Route 155 in the Town of Guilderland.

The location is a convenient one with the adjacent Stewart's store, Hamilton Square Shopping Center, Crossgate's Mall, Stuyvesant Plaza and several area supermarkets. Tawasentha Park and Western Turnpike Golf Course are nearby, and the Guilderland Library has much to offer.

The homes were built by The Michaels Group between 2011 & 2016, and are situated on lovely grounds consisting of green grass, maturing trees, flowers and landscaping. The back of the development is bordered by Normanskill Creek, and residents are often treated to sightings of wildlife, including deer, turkeys, foxes, rabbits and a wide variety of birds.

The community is ringed by sidewalks, making walking safe and pleasant. It's an easy walk to the mailbox kiosk where you might run into a neighbor and share a few minutes of conversation.

The Homeowners' Association contracts for mowing and landscape services, as well as snow removal. Each lawn is treated regularly with weed killer and fertilizer, and each individual townhouse has a sprinkler system to keep landscaping healthy.

We are a mature adult community. Each resident is required to be occupied by at least one individual age 55 or older. We are also a social community, wherein residents can choose to participate in various clubs, committees and activities.
